En amerikansk studie visar att kvinnor som bantade enligt storfrukostmetoden tappade betydligt mer i vikt \u00e4n de som h\u00f6ll en traditionell l\u00e5gkolhydratdiet, ber\u00e4ttar TT<\/a>.<\/p>\n I studien, som presenterades p\u00e5 en l\u00e4karkonferens i San Francisco nyligen fick 48 \u00f6verviktiga kvinnor \u00e4ta 1 240 kilokalorier per dag, varav h\u00e4lften ingick i en rej\u00e4l och varierad frukost. En grupp p\u00e5 46 kvinnor fick \u00e4ta 1 085 kilokalorier, men f\u00f6r dem var frukosten dagens minsta m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n Efter fyra m\u00e5nade hade den senare gruppen i snitt tappat 12,7 kilo, medan storfrukostgruppen bara f\u00f6rlorat 9,5 kilo.
