Allm\u00e4nna reklamationsn\u00e4mnden (ARN) har haft en stadig \u00f6kning av \u00e4renden p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i Sysdvenskan.<\/p>\n Trenden h\u00e5ller i sig. F\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret 2008 fick ARN in 4 924 anm\u00e4lningar, vilket \u00e4r 9 procent fler anm\u00e4lningar \u00e4n samma period 2007.<\/p>\n Myndighetens beredningschef Maria Berge tror dock inte det beror p\u00e5 att varor och tj\u00e4nster blivit s\u00e4mre eller att svenskens blivit mer ben\u00e4gen att klaga.<\/p>\n – Snarare speglar den goda konjunkturen p\u00e5 senare \u00e5r. Folk har haft r\u00e5d att k\u00f6pa fler nya prylar. M\u00e5nga har renoverat hus och skaffat avancerade produkter som bubbelpooler och liknande.<\/p>\n Arn fungerar som en domstol. Ungef\u00e4r vart tredje \u00e4rende kan klubbas direkt av kansliet med st\u00f6d av praxis fr\u00e5n tidigare utslag. Men de flesta \u00e4renden g\u00e5r upp i n\u00e4mnden, d\u00e4r representanter fr\u00e5n Konsumentverket och branschorganisationerna avg\u00f6r tvisterna.<\/p>\n Maria Berge tror m\u00e5nga klagom\u00e5l skulle kunna undvikas om konsumenten l\u00e4ste p\u00e5 lite b\u00e4ttre om det man k\u00f6per. Det finns massor att l\u00e4sa p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet, till exempel tester av produkter och andra k\u00f6pares erfarenheter.<\/p>\n – Man kan ocks\u00e5 googla f\u00f6retaget som s\u00e4ljer och se vad som skrivits om det. Och kontakta g\u00e4rna kommunens konsumentv\u00e4gledare, som har lokal information, tipsar Maria Berge via Sydsvenskan.<\/p>\n Det kan noteras att konsumenterna f\u00e5r r\u00e4tt i cirka 40 procent av fallen. Innan du kontaktar ARN b\u00f6r du kolla deras hemsida<\/a> f\u00f6r att se vad som g\u00e4ller. Det finns till exempel olika beloppsgr\u00e4nser f\u00f6r olika typer av klagom\u00e5l.
