<\/a>Konsumentverket (KoV) har l\u00e5tit genomf\u00f6ra en unders\u00f6kning om konsumenters inst\u00e4llning till telefonf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare. Drygt tusen personer har svarat p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gorna. Resultaten sammanfattas i ett pressmeddelande<\/a> rubricerat \u201d Massivt missn\u00f6je med telefonf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning\u201d.<\/p>\n KoV sammanfattar resultaten: Unders\u00f6kningen \u00e4r en uppf\u00f6ljning av en unders\u00f6kning tre \u00e5r tidigare, med liknande resultat. F\u00f6r att komma tillr\u00e4tta med m\u00e5nga av problemen har Konsumentverket tidigare f\u00f6reslagit fram att en skriftlig bekr\u00e4ftelse vid telefonf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning. En utredare la fram samma f\u00f6rslag till regeringen i maj 2015. Nu anser Konsumentverket att det \u00e4r h\u00f6g tid f\u00f6r politikerna att ta problemen p\u00e5 allvar.<\/p>\n Jag kan inte annat \u00e4n inst\u00e4mma med Konsumentverkets f\u00f6rslag. En skriftlig bekr\u00e4ftelse skulle l\u00f6sa flera problem. \n\u2022\tEn majoritet (58 procent) upplever att det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att bli vilseledd eller lurad av telefonf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare.
\n\u2022\tMer \u00e4n var tionde konsument (11 procent) upplever att de har tackat nej till ett erbjudande \u00f6ver telefon men \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5tt en leverans.<\/p>\n
