Svenskarna har blivit mer n\u00f6jda med f\u00f6retag som levererar tele- och datatj\u00e4nster, visar \u00e5rets unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n Svenskt Kvalitetsindex (SKI). <\/p>\n

Rankingen av de olika f\u00f6retagen \u00e4r i stort sett of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret<\/a>, framg\u00e5r det av en TT-artikel<\/a>. \u00c4ven SvD tar upp<\/a> unders\u00f6kningen.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller mobiltelefoni \u00e4r privatkunder mest n\u00f6jda med operat\u00f6ren Telia Sonera. Halebop, \u00e4gt av Telia Sonera, f\u00e5r h\u00f6gst betyg – 75,5. Tv\u00e5a ligger Telia Sonera sj\u00e4lvt med 69,7 t\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljt av Tele 2 med 69,3. \u00d6vriga operat\u00f6rer, som Glocalnet och Optimal Telecom, buntas ihop i unders\u00f6kningen och n\u00e5r 71,9. S\u00e4mst g\u00e5r Telenor, med 61,5.<\/p>\n

Telenor och operat\u00f6ren 3 har i \u00e5r flest klagom\u00e5l. Klagande kunder anser att de f\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre hj\u00e4lp hos 3 \u00e4n hos Telenor. Men generellt sett har kundn\u00f6jdheten \u00f6kat i \u00e5r j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med fjol\u00e5rets unders\u00f6kning, med 1,6 enheter.<\/p>\n

Ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6retagskunderna \u00e4r n\u00f6jda med Telia Soneras mobiltelefoni. H\u00e4r vinner f\u00f6retaget med 68,8, l\u00e5ngt f\u00f6re Telenor med 62,4. Telenor fick bottenbetyg i fjol, men har lyft sig kraftigt. Minst n\u00f6jda \u00e4r f\u00f6retagskunderna med Tele 2, p\u00e5 60,2.<\/p>\n

I fast telefoni vinner Optimal Telekom bland privatkunder, medan Telia Sonera toppar bland de dominerande operat\u00f6rerna. Hos f\u00f6retagen f\u00e5r Telia Soneras fasta telefoni stryk av Phonera – med slutsiffrorna 67,2-66,9. F\u00f6retagskunderna \u00e4r minst n\u00f6jda med Ventelo, som f\u00e5r betyget 62,9.<\/p>\n

Telia Sonera har flest n\u00f6jda privatkunder i kategorin datakommunikation, betyget 68,1. God tv\u00e5a i listan hamnar Bredbandsbolaget, med omd\u00f6met 66,5.<\/p>\n

SKI har ocks\u00e5, f\u00f6r femte \u00e5ret, fr\u00e5gat hur n\u00f6jda kunderna \u00e4r med sina mobiltelefoner. Nokia rycker ifr\u00e5n i toppen i \u00e5r, och Samsung knycker andraplatsen fr\u00e5n Sony Ericsson – men Siemens och LG \u00e4r l\u00e5ngt efter som fyra och femma, enligt TT.<\/p>\n
