Strax f\u00f6re hemresan fick paret veta att deras flyg var inst\u00e4llt och att de kunde f\u00e5 plats p\u00e5 ett annat flyg f\u00f6rst tv\u00e5 dagar senare.<\/p>\n Paret fick tillbaka pengarna f\u00f6r sina biljetter, 322 kronor, men fick i \u00f6vrigt ingen kompensation. De blev inte heller erbjudna mat och hotellrum. Paret kunde inte v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 flyget tv\u00e5 dagar senare utan betalade hemresan med taxi, t\u00e5g och hyrbil, ur egen ficka. Den kostnaden vill man nu ha ers\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r.<\/p>\n KO anser att Ryanairs beteende strider mot lagen och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r best\u00e4mt sig f\u00f6r att f\u00f6retr\u00e4da paret i tingsr\u00e4tten. Fallet \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 av stort intresse eftersom det saknas prejudikat p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det.<\/p>\n Konsumentombudsmannen fungerar som ett s\u00e5 kallat KO-bitr\u00e4de i det h\u00e4r fallet.
