<\/a> EU-kommissionen riktade kritik mot flera stora flygbolag som inte velat svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor om lockpriser och bristande information p\u00e5 sina sajter. Samtidigt presenterades en uppf\u00f6ljande kontroll av den ett och ett halvt \u00e5r l\u00e5nga utredning om flygbiljettsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning p\u00e5 internet som 16 l\u00e4nder medverkat i, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i SvD.<\/p>\n Under mars m\u00e5nad gjordes ocks\u00e5 en uppf\u00f6ljning d\u00e4r oberoende kontrollanter tittade p\u00e5 67 stora flygbolag – men ocks\u00e5 i den hittades brister i 52 fall.<\/p>\n EU:s konsumentkommission\u00e4r Meglena Kuneva betonade p\u00e5 en presskonferens p\u00e5 torsdagen att framsteg gjorts, men n\u00e4mnde ocks\u00e5 att det fortfarande finns bolag som inte \u00f6verhuvudtaget svarat n\u00e4r kommissionen uppm\u00e4rksammat bristerna p\u00e5 deras hemsidor.<\/p>\n 16 av de 67 bolagen som kontrollerats i uppf\u00f6ljningen listades s\u00e4rskilt som positiva exempel, d\u00e4ribland SAS, Spanair, Malm\u00f6 Aviation, Finnair och Estonian Air. 36 stycken sades ha svarat p\u00e5 kommissionens kritik och lovat vidta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. Av dessa lyfte Kuneva s\u00e4rskilt fram Ryanair, Easyjet, Wizzair och Austrian Airlines.<\/p>\n – De har \u00e5tagit sig att genomf\u00f6ra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar eller redan p\u00e5b\u00f6rjat det arbetet, sade hon.<\/p>\n Kuneva n\u00e4mnde nio bolag (se nedan), d\u00e4r kontrollanterna funnit problem av varierande grad, som inte alls svarat p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor eller l\u00e4mnat bristande svar i uppf\u00f6ljningsarbetet.
