KTIB tog emot 2.000 anm\u00e4lningar med olika klagom\u00e5l mot bredbands- och telebolag under det f\u00f6rsta kvartalet i \u00e5r. En tredjedel, 636 anm\u00e4lningar, g\u00e4llde klagom\u00e5l p\u00e5 bolagens kundtj\u00e4nst. Under motsvarande tid f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret var siffran 465 anm\u00e4lningar.<\/p>\n

Kunderna retar bland annat upp sig p\u00e5 att de inte kommer fram till kundtj\u00e4nsten, att de f\u00e5r d\u00e5ligt bem\u00f6tande, att de inte blir vidarekopplade till tekniker och att anst\u00e4llda inte ringer tillbaka trots att det utlovats.<\/p>\n

– Ytterligare ett problem \u00e4r att man inte \u201dloggar\u201d samtalen. N\u00e4r man ringer f\u00f6r andra g\u00e5ngen m\u00e5ste man dra hela \u00e4rendet en g\u00e5ng till, i v\u00e4rsta fall blir det likadant den tredje g\u00e5ngen, s\u00e4ger Mattias Grafstr\u00f6m till DN.<\/p>\n

Jag har tidigare bloggat om<\/a> klagom\u00e5len mot operat\u00f6rernas kundtj\u00e4nst. Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande att de \u00e4nnu inte lyckats minska problemen. Sj\u00e4lv tillbringade jag en halvtimme i telefon innan jag lyckades f\u00e5 tala med min operat\u00f6rs support, mitt modem kr\u00e5nglade. Man kan byta operat\u00f6r f\u00f6r mindre, och m\u00e5nga g\u00f6r det<\/a>.<\/p>\n
