<\/a>En daglig portion av fullkornsflingor minskar risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtsvikt med 29 procent. Det visar ny stor amerikansk studie omfattande drygt 20 000 m\u00e4n enligt en artikel <\/a>i SvD.<\/p>\n Efter att ha r\u00e4knat bort v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda riskfaktorer som \u00e5lder, r\u00f6kning, vitaminintag, tr\u00e4ning och alkoholkonsumtion, fann forskarna att tv\u00e5 till sex portioner av fullkornsflingor i veckan minskade risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtsvikt med 21 procent. De som \u00e5t fullkornsflingor en g\u00e5ng om dagen eller oftare minskade risken med 29 procent.<\/p>\n Riskminskningen g\u00e4ller bara f\u00f6r rena fullkornsprodukter, allts\u00e5 inte f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4dlade eller raffinerade varor.<\/p>\n Det \u00e4r k\u00e4nt sedan tidigare att fullkornsprodukter kan ha en positiv inverkan p\u00e5 h\u00f6gt blodtryck och h\u00f6ga blodfetter.
