Fr\u00e5n att stadigt ha \u00f6kat sedan 2004 minskar nu ist\u00e4llet antalet kommuner som erbjuder sina inv\u00e5nare konsumentv\u00e4gledning. I dag har 263 av totalt 290 kommuner konsumentverksamhet. I landet totalt \u00e4r det sex procent av inv\u00e5narna som inte har n\u00e5gon konsumentv\u00e4gledare att v\u00e4nda sig till, skriver Konsumentverket i ett pressmeddelande<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dessutom v\u00e4ljer inte mindre \u00e4n 76 kommuner som har konsumentverksamhet att dra ned p\u00e5 den tid som l\u00e4ggs p\u00e5 konsumentv\u00e4gledning. Antalet \u00e5rsarbetskrafter har minskat fr\u00e5n 143 till 132 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med i fjol. 70 500 inv\u00e5nare ska i snitt samsas om en \u00e5rsarbetskraft. Motsvarande siffra f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret var 64 730. Bantningen av resurser g\u00e5r stick i st\u00e4v med konsumentv\u00e4gledarnas statistik som visar att antalet klagom\u00e5ls\u00e4renden \u00f6kar.<\/p>\n

De kommuner som lagt ned sin konsumentverksamhet sedan f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret \u00e4r Leksand, Skurup, Timr\u00e5, Upplands V\u00e4sby, \u00c5rj\u00e4ng, \u00d6rkelljunga, Lilla Edet, Pajala och Ystad, skriver verket.<\/p>\n

– Alla m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till konsumentv\u00e4gledning av h\u00f6g kvalitet. Det \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga om r\u00e4ttvisa. Tyv\u00e4rr sviker m\u00e5nga kommuner sina konsumenter, antingen genom att inte ha n\u00e5gon service alls eller bara ha \u00f6ppet ett f\u00e5tal timmar. H\u00e4r m\u00e5ste det bli en sk\u00e4rpning, s\u00e4ger Jan Bertoft, generalsekreterare i Sveriges Konsumenter, i en kommentar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Att v\u00e4gledningen beh\u00f6vs ser inte minst jag. Jag f\u00e5r ofta fr\u00e5gor direkt fr\u00e5n konsumenter, via e-post. Kan jag svara g\u00f6r jag det, annars h\u00e4nvisar jag till dem som kan reda ut det hela.<\/p>\n
