Flygbolag \u00e4r enligt en EG-f\u00f6rordning skyldiga att informera passagerare om deras r\u00e4ttigheter. Om ett flyg st\u00e4lls in, f\u00f6rsenas med mer \u00e4n tv\u00e5 timmar eller om en passagerare nekas ombordstigning ska passageraren f\u00e5 skriftlig information fr\u00e5n flygbolaget om vilken kompensation han eller hon har r\u00e4tt till. Dessutom ska det finnas information vid incheckningsdisken om r\u00e4ttigheterna.<\/p>\n

Sju av tretton bolag ger inte information vid inst\u00e4llda, \u00f6verbokade eller f\u00f6rsenade flyg. Tre av tretton bolag saknar information vid incheckningsdisken.<\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rv\u00e5nande att det finns flygbolag som trots tidigare kontroller och uppmaningar fr\u00e5n Konsumentverket fortfarande brister i sin skyldighet att informera konsumenterna om deras r\u00e4ttigheter, kommenterar Gunnar Larsson, Konsumentombudsman, KO.<\/p>\n
