En stor andel av klagom\u00e5len som kom in under 2010 h\u00e4rr\u00f6r direkt fr\u00e5n problemen i flygtrafiken som uppstod efter vulkanutbrottet p\u00e5 Island utbrott och sn\u00f6kaoset i december med inst\u00e4llda och f\u00f6rsenade avg\u00e5ngar som f\u00f6ljd. Men det \u00e4r l\u00e5ngtifr\u00e5n den enda f\u00f6rklaringen till \u00f6kningen, enligt pressmeddelande.<\/p>\n

Ett utslag i Allm\u00e4nna Reklamationsn\u00e4mnden (ARN) \u00e4r inte bindande f\u00f6r flygbolagen. Exempelvis har Lufthansa gjort en Ryanair och v\u00e4grar f\u00f6lja ett utslag i ARN, ber\u00e4ttar<\/a> Sundsvalls tidning och GD<\/a>.<\/p>\n
