Under 2012 kom det in<\/a> 11 531 \u00e4renden till Allm\u00e4nna reklamationsn\u00e4mnden. Det \u00e4r en \u00f6kning med 23 procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. \u00d6kningen f\u00f6rklaras med att anm\u00e4lningar numera kan l\u00e4mnas via webben.<\/p>\n

Under 2012 sj\u00f6nk andelen \u00e4renden som fick bifall. I 38 procent av besluten fick konsumenten helt eller delvis r\u00e4tt, att j\u00e4mf\u00f6ra med 43 procent \u00e5r 2011.<\/p>\n

De flesta utslag f\u00f6ljs av f\u00f6retagen. Statistik fr\u00e5n n\u00e4mnden visar att f\u00f6ljsamheten av n\u00e4mndens rekommendationer de senaste \u00e5ren har legat mellan 71 och 76 procent.<\/p>\n

Men det inneb\u00e4r att f\u00f6retagen struntar i n\u00e4mndens beslut i ungef\u00e4r vart fj\u00e4rde fall. Det kan de g\u00f6ra eftersom besluten inte \u00e4r bindande, de riskerar bara att hamna p\u00e5 R\u00e5d&R\u00f6ns svarta lista<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nu har Regeringen beslutat tills\u00e4tta en utredning som bland annat ska titta p\u00e5 hur man kan \u00f6ka f\u00f6ljsamheten, skriver<\/a> Konsumentminister Birgitta Ohlson (FP) p\u00e5 DN Debatt, vilket ocks\u00e5 uppm\u00e4rksammas<\/a> av TT samt av Ekot<\/a>. Utslagen kan bli bindande.<\/p>\n

Utredningen ska ocks\u00e5 titta p\u00e5 andra f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som kan vara n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga genom nya varor och handelsm\u00f6nster. Vi handlar exempelvis allt mer via webben.<\/p>\n

Initiativet \u00e4r bra men jag har ocks\u00e5 en fundering i samband med utredningen. Skulle det inte vara m\u00f6jligt att de b\u00e5da parterna fick framtr\u00e4da inf\u00f6r n\u00e4mnden, f\u00f6r fr\u00e5gor och klarl\u00e4gganden. I dag grundas n\u00e4mndens beslut enbart p\u00e5 skriftliga uttalanden. Det \u00e4r ytterst f\u00e5, konsumenter eller f\u00f6retag, som kan uttrycka sig i skrift.<\/p>\n
