F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsbolagen \u00e4r fortfarande d\u00e5liga p\u00e5 att hantera klagom\u00e5l, skriver<\/a> TT.<\/p>\n

Lyckligtvis \u00e4r de b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att reglera skador och kunderna \u00e4r n\u00f6jdare \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin tidigare, visar Svenskt kvalitetsindex.<\/p>\n

Omkring 5-7 procent av f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringstagarna tycker att de haft anledning att klaga p\u00e5 sitt bolag det senaste \u00e5ret. De flesta av dem har ocks\u00e5 gjort det. Men branschen som helhet tycks d\u00e5lig p\u00e5 att hantera klagom\u00e5len. Betyget f\u00f6r klagom\u00e5lshanteringen ligger n\u00e4mligen mycket l\u00e5gt j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med flera andra branscher d\u00e4r Svenskt kvalitetsindex (SKI) g\u00f6r m\u00e4tningar.<\/p>\n

Ungef\u00e4r 15 procent av privatkunderna anm\u00e4ler skada under ett \u00e5r och de flesta av dem \u00e4r n\u00f6jda med skaderegleringen. H\u00f6gst betyg f\u00e5r L\u00e4nsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar och Aktsam. L\u00e4gst betyg f\u00e5r Folksam.<\/p>\n

\u00c4ven f\u00f6retagskunderna ger skaderegleringen h\u00f6ga betyg. L\u00e4gst betyg ger de till Trygg-Hansa.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller pensions- och livf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringar har n\u00f6jdheten ocks\u00e5 \u00f6kat. Men mellan 3 och 12 procent funderar p\u00e5 att flytta sina pengar till en annan f\u00f6rvaltare. SKI:s slutsats \u00e4r att flyttr\u00e4tten g\u00f6r att bolagen nu har en stor utmaning i att se till att kunderna \u00e4r lojala och stannar i bolaget, enligt TT.<\/p>\n
