Studien, som publiceras i den ansedda medicinska tidskriften JAMA, har gjorts vid universitetssjukhuset i K\u00f6ln, Tyskland. De 44 f\u00f6rs\u00f6kspersonerna, mellan 56 och 70 \u00e5r, delades in i tv\u00e5 grupper. Den ena fick en daglig dos av 6,3 gram – en ruta – m\u00f6rk choklad. Den andra fick motsvarande m\u00e4ngd vit choklad, som g\u00f6rs av kakaosm\u00f6r.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r studien avslutades visade det sig att gruppen som \u00e4tit m\u00f6rk choklad hade f\u00e5tt s\u00e4nkt blodtryck. I kontrollgruppen fanns ingen s\u00e5dan effekt. Resultaten \u00e4r vetenskapligt s\u00e4kerst\u00e4llda.<\/p>\n

I artikeln p\u00e5pekas att det g\u00e4ller att \u00e4ta choklad av h\u00f6g kvalitet, \u00f6ver 80 procent kakao. Mj\u00f6lkchoklad funkar allts\u00e5 inte.<\/p>\n

Nu f\u00f6rst\u00e5r jag varf\u00f6r jag aldrig gillat mj\u00f6lkchoklad, men g\u00e4rna \u00e4ter lit m\u00f6rk choklad av h\u00f6g kvalitet. Men jag skulle inte dra f\u00f6r stora v\u00e4xlar p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r unders\u00f6kningen. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ksgruppen var ganska liten, s\u00e5 resultaten m\u00e5ste bekr\u00e4ftas.<\/p>\n
