Kommunal konsumentv\u00e4gledning \u00e4r on\u00f6dig, tycker Stockholms finansborgarr\u00e5d, moderaten Kristina Ax\u00e9n Olin. Hon kallar systemet med konsumentv\u00e4gledare f\u00f6r\u00e5ldrat.<\/p>\n

Och Stockholm har ocks\u00e5 bantat sin konsumentv\u00e4gledning, fr\u00e5n fjorton till nio tj\u00e4nster. F\u00f6r ett \u00e5r sedan fanns det en konsumentv\u00e4gledare per 59.000 inv\u00e5nare i Stockholms stad. I dag ska varje v\u00e4gledare serva 87.000 personer. Det \u00e4r fyra g\u00e5nger fler \u00e4n vad Konsumentverket rekommenderar, som \u00e4r 20.000 inv\u00e5nare per konsumentv\u00e4gledare, skriver DN.<\/a><\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r djupt oroande att man sk\u00e4r ned. Det sl\u00e5r mot svaga konsumenter. De v\u00e4lutbildade kan kanske hitta information p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet – men hur ska konsumenter som inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 verbala och utbildade klara sig? s\u00e4ger Jan Bertoft, generalsekreterare i intresseorganisationen Sveriges Konsumenter till tidningen.<\/p>\n

Jan Bertoft och Louise Ungerth, chef f\u00f6r konsumentfr\u00e5gor p\u00e5 Konsumentf\u00f6reningen Stockholm, s\u00e4ger att deras organisationer f\u00e5r m\u00e5nga samtal fr\u00e5n desperata personer som inte vet vart de ska v\u00e4nda sig.<\/p>\n

– Vi har inte kompetens att hj\u00e4lpa dem. M\u00e5nga s\u00e4ger att de har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt leta p\u00e5 internet men att de inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5r, s\u00e4ger Louise Ungerth till DN.<\/p>\n

Konsumentlagstiftningen \u00e4r sn\u00e5rig och inte l\u00e4tt att begripa sig p\u00e5. \u00c4ven om du kan hitta uppgifter p\u00e5 n\u00e4tet st\u00e5r du dig ofta sl\u00e4tt utan fackfolk som konsumentv\u00e4gledare. Sj\u00e4lv f\u00e5r jag, trots att jag dagligen sysslar med konsumentfr\u00e5gor, ofta anlita andra med specialkunskap. Hur ska det d\u00e5 g\u00e5 f\u00f6r en l\u00e5gutbildad, pension\u00e4r eller en ny svensk?<\/p>\n

Det vore intressant att l\u00e5ta Kristina Ax\u00e9n Olin svara p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra konsumentfr\u00e5gor med hj\u00e4lp av internet. Men det kommer hon aldrig att st\u00e4lla upp p\u00e5, hennes uppfattning \u00e4r huggen i sten.<\/p>\n
