Bolaget har flera \u00e5r hamnat p\u00e5 R\u00e5d&R\u00f6ns svarta lista \u00f6ver bolag som inte f\u00f6ljer<\/a> ARN:s rekommendationer. KO har till och med beslutat dra Ryanair inf\u00f6r r\u00e4tta, i ett fall d\u00e4r resen\u00e4rer v\u00e4grats ers\u00e4ttning.<\/p>\n

Nu ber\u00e4ttar Helsingborgs Dagblad om ytterligare ett fall<\/a> i samma usla tradition. Det var i februari i \u00e5r som sonen och ytterligare en person skulle flyga fr\u00e5n Malm\u00f6 till Birmingham. Efter att de checkat in fick de veta att flyget var inst\u00e4llt. N\u00e4sta flyg skulle inte g\u00e5 f\u00f6rr\u00e4n fem dagar senare vilket innebar problem f\u00f6r resen\u00e4rerna som bokat in evenemang i Birmingham redan dagen efter. De tv\u00e5 fick d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ta sig till Kastrup och d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n flyga med SAS ist\u00e4llet, skriver HD.<\/p>\n

Ryanair ville inte ers\u00e4tta de tv\u00e5 f\u00f6r de extra omkostnaderna eftersom flygbolaget ans\u00e5g att det f\u00f6rel\u00e5g extraordin\u00e4ra f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden i form av sn\u00f6ov\u00e4der som gjorde att resan inst\u00e4lldes. Men ARN tycker inte att bolaget har bevisat att v\u00e4dret verkligen var s\u00e5 d\u00e5ligt och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r rekommenderas att man ers\u00e4tter resen\u00e4rerna med 4860 kronor. Ryanair anser dock fortfarande att de inte gjort n\u00e5got fel och v\u00e4grar d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att betala ut ers\u00e4ttningen, enligt tidningen.<\/p>\n

Hittills i \u00e5r har ARN granskat 37 \u00e4renden som involverar Ryanair. Av dessa har ARN givit konsumenten r\u00e4tt i 30 av fallen och av dessa har bolaget \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge bara f\u00f6ljt rekommendationerna i 6 fall.<\/p>\n

Sj\u00e4lv undrar jag vad bolaget h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 med. Har de aldrig h\u00f6rt talas om begreppet att v\u00e5rda sitt varum\u00e4rke? Att flyga med Ryanair verkar snarast vare en grov chansning.<\/p>\n
