D\u00e4r borde m\u00e4klarna \u00f6ppet redovisa buden, \u00e5tminstone f\u00f6r k\u00f6paren s\u00e5 att denne kan kontrollera efter\u00e5t, s\u00e4ger Anna-Lena J\u00e4rvstrand.<\/p>\n

– Folk vet i allm\u00e4nhet inte riktigt vad som \u00e4r m\u00e4klarens uppgift och vilka skyldigheter som faktiskt \u00e5vilar s\u00e4ljare och k\u00f6pare. Men det \u00e4r s\u00e5dant som m\u00e4klarna sj\u00e4lva borde bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 att upplysa om, s\u00e4ger hon till DN.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r mycket vanligt att m\u00e4klarens arvode \u00e4r beroende av f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningssumman – arvodet \u00e4r provisionsbaserad. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det upplagt f\u00f6r fusk f\u00f6r att trissa upp priset. Det finns faktiskt m\u00e4klare som s\u00e4ljer f\u00f6r ett fast arvode, och \u00e4nd\u00e5 g\u00f6r ett bra jobb.<\/p>\n
