Nyamko Zabuni<\/a> Nyamko Sabini har gjort sitt \u00e5rliga framtr\u00e4dande som Konsumentminister. Som vanligt n\u00e4r landets konsumentv\u00e4gledare samlas f\u00f6r \u00e5rets konsumentdagar, denna g\u00e5ng i Karlstad.<\/p>\n

Som vanligt hade hon f\u00e5 konkreta saker att komma med. Den allra viktigaste fr\u00e5gan f\u00f6r henne \u00e4r omv\u00e4rldsbevakningen, enligt GP<\/a>.<\/p>\n

– Det vill s\u00e4ga att Sverige ligger i framkant p\u00e5 konsumentomr\u00e5det, sa Sabuni.<\/p>\n

Ett exempel p\u00e5 att ligga f\u00f6rst \u00e4r att utveckla konsumentskydd specialinriktat p\u00e5 ungdomars behov. En aktuell fr\u00e5ga \u00e4r sms-l\u00e5nen: en unders\u00f6kning som Danske bank gjorde visade att sex av tio unga svenskar inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5r begreppet l\u00e5ner\u00e4nta, eller klarar av att r\u00e4kna om r\u00e4ntan till kronor och \u00f6ren.<\/p>\n

– Vi m\u00e5ste s\u00f6ka kreativa l\u00f6sningar p\u00e5 morgondagens problem, sa Sabuni.<\/p>\n

– Som konsumentminister driver jag p\u00e5 harmoniseringen inom EU, men den ska inte tvinga Sverige bak\u00e5t, sa Sabuni.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4sta \u00e5r tar Sverige \u00f6ver ordf\u00f6randeskapet inom EU och fr\u00e5gan ska f\u00f6ras ytterligare fram\u00e5t, enligt henne. Redan i dag arbetar EU-kommissionen bland annat med att se \u00f6ver direktiven f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en h\u00f6g skyddsniv\u00e5 inom konsumentskyddslagstiftningen och att f\u00e5 ett effektivt samarbete och fungerande tillsyn.<\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r min och regeringens \u00e5sikt att starka och v\u00e4linformerade konsumenter g\u00f6r de b\u00e4sta valen. Vi vill inte fr\u00e5nta konsumenterna deras makt till val. Starka konsumentorganisationer \u00e4r viktiga liksom konsumentv\u00e4gledare p\u00e5 lokal niv\u00e5, sa hon.<\/p>\n

Gatuf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av mobilabonnemang och annat var i fokus tidigare p\u00e5 dagen n\u00e4r denna verksamhet fick utm\u00e4rkelsen Bottennappet. Konsumentminister Sabuni fick fr\u00e5gor \u00e4ven om detta. Eftersom distans- och hemf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningslagen inte g\u00e4ller i dag har kunder inte \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tt n\u00e4r de handlar av gatuf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare. D\u00e4remot utreds fr\u00e5gan.<\/p>\n

– Men man kommer inte \u00e5t alla problem genom att inf\u00f6ra \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tt. Vi vill f\u00e5 fram ett helhetsskydd, svarade Sabuni enligt GP.<\/p>\n
