Vi var nog m\u00e5nga som trodde att antalet sms-l\u00e5n, som ocks\u00e5 kallas snabbl\u00e5n eller mikrol\u00e5n, skulle minska genom den lag\u00e4ndring<\/a> som tr\u00e4dde i kraft vid f\u00f6rra \u00e5rsskiftet. Vid den h\u00e4r tiden f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret meddelade<\/a> Kronofogden att antalet \u00e4renden hade minskat.<\/p>\n

Men nu \u00e4r trenden bruten, enligt Kronofogdens statistik f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret, som refereras<\/a> av TT<\/a> i m\u00e5nga medier<\/a>. \u00d6kningen \u00e4r s\u00e5 stor som 70 procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma tid f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.<\/p>\n

Nu ska Finansinspektionen (FI) ta \u00f6ver ansvaret f\u00f6r att granska sms-l\u00e5nef\u00f6retagen. Det ska rensa ut oseri\u00f6sa akt\u00f6rer, skriver TT i en annan<\/a> artikel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Finansmarknadsminister Peter Norman s\u00e4ger att regeringen stramat upp regelverket f\u00f6r sms-l\u00e5n fler g\u00e5nger.<\/p>\n

– Men vad vi g\u00f6r nu i budgeten \u00e4r att sms-l\u00e5nef\u00f6retagen ska komma in under Finansinspektionens (FI) tillsyn, s\u00e4ger han till TT.<\/p>\n

Sj\u00e4lv tror jag att vad som skulle beh\u00f6vas \u00e4r en uppdatering av lagstiftningen om ocker. Den \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt gammal, och luddig. Om lagstiftningen skulle inneb\u00e4ra att \u00e5rsr\u00e4ntor p\u00e5 flera hundra procent, som sms-l\u00e5nen har, anses som ocker skulle branschen inte vara s\u00e5 intressant.<\/p>\n

Uppdatering<\/em>: M\u00e4ngden SMS-l\u00e5ngivare har \u00f6kat. Framf\u00f6r allt \u00e4r det f\u00f6retag fr\u00e5n Finland och \u00d6steuropa som har etablerat sig p\u00e5 den svenska marknaden, uppger<\/a> Riksdag & Departement som ocks\u00e5 tar upp skaen.<\/p>\n

Uppdatering<\/em>: 23 707 procent har sms-l\u00e5nef\u00f6retaget Kredit 365, som \u00e4gs av l\u00e5nebolaget Folkia, i effektiv r\u00e4nta p\u00e5 ett av sina l\u00e5n. Kredit 365 l\u00e5nar dessutom ut pengar till de som redan har betalningsanm\u00e4rkningar, enligt<\/a> en TT-artikel<\/a>. Hur det \u00f6ver huvud taget kan vara till\u00e5tet begriper jag inte.
