Antalet som upplever att de har blivit d\u00e5ligt bem\u00f6tta av operat\u00f6rernas kundtj\u00e4nster har \u00f6kat fr\u00e5n 316 fall under andra kvartalet i fjol till 330 i \u00e5r hos Konsumenternas tele- och internetbyr\u00e5 (KTIB). \u00d6ver 100 av \u00e4rendena handlar om sv\u00e5righeter att f\u00e5 tala med ansvarig person. 86 klagar p\u00e5 bristande \u00e5terkoppling.<\/p>\n

– Det vanligaste \u00e4r att man fastnar i kundtj\u00e4nsten. Den s\u00e4ger att den inte kan koppla dig, men att n\u00e5gon kommer att ringa upp dig. Sedan ringer ingen och det v\u00e4cker stor irritation, s\u00e4ger Mattias Grafstr\u00f6m, vd p\u00e5 KTIB, till TT.<\/p>\n

– Kundtj\u00e4nst \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt. Personaloms\u00e4ttningen \u00e4r stor. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att alla ska kunna allting. Men s\u00e4ger man att man ska ringa tillbaka d\u00e5 ska man ringa tillbaka. Det spelar ingen roll vad man har att g\u00f6ra i \u00f6vrigt.<\/p>\n

Han menar att operat\u00f6rerna har mycket att tj\u00e4na p\u00e5 ett bra bem\u00f6tande.<\/p>\n

– De skulle antagligen spara ganska mycket pengar p\u00e5 ett b\u00e4ttre bem\u00f6tande eftersom de skulle f\u00e5 mindre belastning p\u00e5 kundtj\u00e4nsten. De skulle f\u00e5 f\u00e4rre kunder som l\u00e4mnar dem av ren irritation, s\u00e4ger Mattias Grafstr\u00f6m, till TT.<\/p>\n
