Post- och telestyrelsen (PTS) f\u00e5r in allt fler anm\u00e4lningar som g\u00e4ller marknadsf\u00f6ring av telefonitj\u00e4nster, ber\u00e4ttar<\/a> R\u00e5d & R\u00f6n.<\/p>\n

Gatuf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av b\u00e5de fast och mobil telefoni har blivit aggressivare. Nya kunder som nappat p\u00e5 erbjudanden har blivit anslutna till en operat\u00f6r utan att ha gett sitt medgivande.<\/p>\n

– Gatuf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning \u00e4r en pressad situation, f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljarna \u00e4r envisa. Och s\u00e5 tror m\u00e5nga att \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tten g\u00e4ller, spekulerar Olof Bjur\u00f6.<\/p>\n

Men vid gatuf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning g\u00e4ller inte den \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tt som finns i distansavtalslagen. Detta vill PTS nu \u00e4ndra p\u00e5, och har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r st\u00e4llt sig bakom Konsumentverkets krav p\u00e5 att \u00e5ngerr\u00e4tten b\u00f6r utvidgas, skriver tidningen.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r mig \u00e4r det obegripligt att den ansvariga ministern, konsumentminister Nyamko Sabuni, \u00e4nnu inte gjort n\u00e5got \u00e5t dessa missf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden. \u201dVi arbetar med saken\u201d, \u00e4r det enda besked hon gett. \u00c5 andra sidan verkar hon inte speciellt intresserad av konsumentfr\u00e5gor!<\/p>\n
