– Hela 15-30 procent av frukt och gr\u00f6nt ratas redan i produktionsledet f\u00f6r att de inte \u00e4r perfekta. Det tycker vi \u00e4r tr\u00e5kigt och on\u00f6digt. Vi har best\u00e4mt oss – en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6r alla – att det inte \u00e4r ytan som r\u00e4knas, s\u00e4ger Louise K\u00f6nig, h\u00e5llbarhetschef Coop Sverige AB i pressmeddelandet.<\/p>\n

Jag kan inte annat \u00e4n tycka det \u00e4r bra. Varf\u00f6r ska vi inte ha tillg\u00e5ng till icke perfekta gr\u00f6nsaker ocks\u00e5, om kvaliteten i \u00f6vrigt \u00e4r bra. Jag \u00e4r helt och h\u00e5llet villig att handla s\u00e5dana produkter, speciellt om jag kan k\u00f6pa dem till l\u00e4gre pris. \u00c4r jag exempelvis i Medelhavsl\u00e4nderna brukar detta urval finnas till hands, varf\u00f6r inte h\u00e4r?<\/p>\n

Coops pressmeddelande uppm\u00e4rksammas<\/a> \u00e4ven av DN.<\/p>\n

Uppdatering<\/em>: \u00c4ven Konsumentf\u00f6reningen Stockholm (KfS) kommer med ett pressmeddelande<\/a> om ”fula” gr\u00f6nsaker och frukt. KfS har l\u00e4nge drivit kampanj mot matsvinnet.<\/p>\n

– Det \u00e4r h\u00f6g tid att testa fula frukter i Sverige. Coop har just meddelat att de kommer att inf\u00f6ra ugly fruits i n\u00e5gra butiker i h\u00f6st, men mer beh\u00f6ver g\u00f6ras. Vi uppmanar alla akt\u00f6rer att samarbeta s\u00e5 att sl\u00f6seriet minskar, s\u00e4ger Louise Ungerth, chef f\u00f6r Konsument & Milj\u00f6, KfS.<\/p>\n
