Nu har Finansinspektionen och Konsumentverket ansvar f\u00f6r tillsynen av bolagen. Tidigare kr\u00e4vdes inga tillst\u00e5nd f\u00f6r att ge s\u00e5dana l\u00e5n. Men nu har reglerna \u00e4ndrats och bolagen m\u00e5ste s\u00f6ka tillst\u00e5nd hos Finansinspektionen. Hittills har 60 bolag blivit godk\u00e4nda i den nya pr\u00f6vning som g\u00f6rs, skriver DN.<\/p>\n

Men flera bolag har f\u00e5tt \u00e4ndra sin hantering av kunderna f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 godk\u00e4nt. Det g\u00e4ller exempelvis kreditpr\u00f6vningar och klagom\u00e5lshantering.<\/p>\n

Fr\u00e5n den 1 juli i \u00e5r sk\u00e4rps reglerna f\u00f6r de h\u00e4r f\u00f6retagen. D\u00e5 kan Konsumentverket stoppa bolag direkt som missk\u00f6ter sig med sin marknadsf\u00f6ring. Tidigare har bolagen kunnat \u00f6verklaga myndighetens beslut, skriver tidningen.<\/p>\n

– De har fortsatt med utl\u00e5ningen tills beslutet vunnit laga kraft och det har kunnat ta ett \u00e5r. Nu kan de \u00f6verklaga v\u00e5rt beslut men f\u00e5r inte forts\u00e4tta l\u00e5na ut pengar, s\u00e4ger Anna Hult, jurist p\u00e5 Konsumentverket, till DN.<\/p>\n

I h\u00f6st l\u00e4ggs ocks\u00e5 en utredning om snabbl\u00e5nen fram. Enligt direktiven handlar den om sanktionsregler n\u00e4r det finns brister i kreditgivningen. Att s\u00e4tta ett tak f\u00f6r hur h\u00f6g r\u00e4nta bolagen f\u00e5r ta ut och ett tak f\u00f6r hur h\u00f6ga kostnaderna kan bli f\u00f6r l\u00e5n \u00e4r tv\u00e5 andra punkter, enligt DN.<\/p>\n

Snaran dras \u00e5t om en bransch som l\u00e4nge varit oreglerad och i m\u00e5nga fall oseri\u00f6s.<\/p>\n
