Massiv kritik har riktats mot F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassans sena handl\u00e4ggning som orsakar l\u00e5ng v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 besked och pengar. Nu planerar F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan en motattack – v\u00e4ntetiderna ska redovisas p\u00e5 ett nytt s\u00e4tt, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i DN.<\/p>\n

Det s\u00e4ger Henrik M\u00e4kinen, controller p\u00e5 F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassans huvudkontor d\u00e4r man nu internt skissar p\u00e5 hur redovisningen av resultatet ska f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras.<\/p>\n

– Den statistik vi nu visar \u00f6ver handl\u00e4ggningstiderna omfattar bara de sv\u00e5raste fallen, sj\u00e4lva nyanm\u00e4lningarna. Tar vi med v\u00e5ra l\u00f6pande \u00e4renden ser resultatet b\u00e4ttre ut, s\u00e4ger Henrik M\u00e4kinen.<\/p>\n

Ett exempel: F\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenningen n\u00e5dde 86 procent av de s\u00f6kande i tid i december, det vill s\u00e4ga inom 30 dagar efter att deras ans\u00f6kan kommit in till F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan. I siffror innebar det att cirka 6.000 personer inte fick pengarna i tid. F\u00f6rseningen beror inte bara p\u00e5 kassans arbete utan ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 att ans\u00f6kningar inte var kompletta eller m\u00e5ste utredas vidare.<\/p>\n

Resultatet 86 procent \u00e4r under m\u00e5let p\u00e5 90 procent. Men det resultatet kan FK n\u00e5 med r\u00e5ge om de l\u00e4gger till alla l\u00f6pande \u00e4renden, alla som har f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrapenning under l\u00e5ng tid.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt vill F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra redovisningen av sjukpenningens handl\u00e4ggningstider. D\u00e5 skulle decembers resultat strax under 90-m\u00e5let n\u00e5 96 procent, skriver tidningen.<\/p>\n

Jag s\u00e4tter en peng p\u00e5 att regeringen kommer att acceptera FK:s nya s\u00e4tt att r\u00e4kna, i ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att minska kritiken mot dem sj\u00e4lva.<\/p>\n
