Studien han h\u00e4nvisar till \u00e4r publicerad i Journal of Clinical Investigation. Men i studien handlar det om koncentrerade halter av fruktos i s\u00f6ta drycker.<\/p>\n

– De har f\u00e5tt i sig fruktos motsvarande 25 procent av sitt dagliga energiintag vilket skulle motsvara 25 \u00e4pplen eller 28 bananer, s\u00e4ger Ulf Bohman, chef f\u00f6r Livsmedelsverkets nutritionsavdelning till DN.<\/p>\n

– Frukt har mycket annat i sig ocks\u00e5, som fiberinneh\u00e5llet, som ocks\u00e5 har en p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 insulinniv\u00e5n. Dessutom inneh\u00e5ller frukt vitaminer och mineraler, s\u00e4ger Bohman till SvD.<\/p>\n

Vad som m\u00f6jligtvis skulle kunna p\u00e5verka \u00e4r v\u00e5r ovana att \u00e4ta frukt som mellanm\u00e5l. N\u00e4ringsexperter som jag talat med h\u00e4vdar att vuxna m\u00e4nniskor inte ska \u00e4ta mellanm\u00e5l. Vi ska forts\u00e4tta \u00e4ta frukt, men i samband med m\u00e5ltiderna.<\/p>\n
