Pensionsbolagen tj\u00e4nar p\u00e5 att m\u00e4nniskor inte f\u00f6rst\u00e5r vad de har f\u00f6r pensioner eller hur mycket de betalar f\u00f6r dem. En stor majoritet, 78 procent, av pensionsspararna f\u00f6rst\u00e5r inte inneh\u00e5llet i sina pensionsbesked och 5 procent l\u00e4ser dem inte alls, visar en ny unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n Alecta. Det beror p\u00e5 att pensionsbolagen medvetet har kr\u00e5nglat till pensionsbeskeden f\u00f6r att de tj\u00e4nar p\u00e5 att spararna h\u00e5lls ovetande om vad bolagen tar betalt f\u00f6r, skriver DN i en artikel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt n\u00e5s jag av en annan nyhet. F\u00f6retagen p\u00e5 finansmarknaden anv\u00e4nder sv\u00e5rf\u00f6rst\u00e5eliga och kr\u00e5ngliga avtalsvillkor. Det konstaterar Finansinspektionen och Konsumentverket i en gemensam utredning.<\/p>\n

M\u00e5nga av avtalsvillkoren \u00e4r sv\u00e5rf\u00f6rst\u00e5eliga och kr\u00e5ngliga f\u00f6r konsumenter att \u00f6verblicka. Ett exempel \u00e4r friskrivningsklausuler d\u00e4r n\u00e4stan samtliga banker friskriver sig fr\u00e5n ansvar om banken varit ”normalt aktsam”. Likas\u00e5 \u00e4r avtalsvillkor om avgifter ofta otydliga och sv\u00e5rgenomtr\u00e4ngliga. Konsumenterna ska i avtalet f\u00e5 tydlig information om vilka slags avgifter som kommer eller som kan komma att tas ut. <\/p>\n

FI och Konsumentverket anser d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att f\u00f6retagen m\u00e5ste se till att villkoren formuleras om s\u00e5 att kunderna begriper vad det \u00e4r de skriver p\u00e5. Det konstateras ocks\u00e5 att brister i olika avtal fortfarande finns kvar trots att Konsumentverket tidigare p\u00e5talat detta. Det skriver Finansinspektionen och Konsumentverket i ett gemensamt pressmeddelande<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Det m\u00e5ste bli slut p\u00e5 mumbo-jumbo i avtal och den information vi borde f\u00e5 i begriplig form. Kr\u00e4v att f\u00f6retag och myndigheter f\u00f6rklarar det du inte tycker \u00e4r solklart. Det \u00e4r nog det enda s\u00e4ttet att f\u00e5 en \u00e4ndring.<\/p>\n
