T\u00e5gkompaniet, som bland annat k\u00f6r persont\u00e5g i Bergslagen och Dalarna, ers\u00e4tts redan resen\u00e4rer som blivit \u00f6ver en halvtimme sena med hela beloppet i pengar, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i DN.<\/p>\n

Veolia Transport har hittills resonerat annorlunda kring f\u00f6rseningar. De ger ingen garanti p\u00e5 varken pengar eller n\u00e5gon form av v\u00e4rdecheckar vid f\u00f6rseningar.<\/p>\n

– Vid f\u00f6rseningar ska vi se till att ordna med kundens anslutningar, erbjuda hj\u00e4lp s\u00e5 att de kan kontakta omv\u00e4rlden, och i vissa fall erbjuder vi till exempel hotell. Det \u00e4r det systemet vi har, s\u00e4ger Gunnar Wulff, divisionschef p\u00e5 Veolia.<\/p>\n

Jag undrar varf\u00f6r SJ valt att s\u00e4nka sin ers\u00e4ttning till direktivets minimikrav. S\u00e5 plockar man knappast po\u00e4ng n\u00e4r de f\u00e5r st\u00f6rre konkurrens p\u00e5 de stora t\u00e5glinjerna.<\/p>\n
