Hon f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte f\u00f6rm\u00e5 Stj\u00e4rnaFyrkant att ta tillbaka telefonen mot h\u00e4vning av abonnemanget, men det blev nej, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i GP.<\/p>\n

I sin inlaga till ARN, Allm\u00e4nna reklamationsn\u00e4mnden, skrev f\u00f6retaget att det inte agerat p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt som kan f\u00f6ranleda missn\u00f6je, och att villkoren tydligt framg\u00e5r av bekr\u00e4ftelsen som skickats till kunden.<\/p>\n

Men ARN delade inte den uppfattningen, utan menade att bekr\u00e4ftelsen som skickats ut kan tolkas som att kunden inte beh\u00f6ver betala n\u00e5gon f\u00f6rh\u00f6jd avgift. ARN rekommenderade f\u00f6retaget att l\u00e5ta kvinnans avgift vara som tidigare, 69 kronor i m\u00e5naden, skriver GP.<\/p>\n
