Det st\u00e5r klart efter en f\u00e4rsk dom i EG-domstolen. Domen har gett upphov till ett pressmeddelande<\/a> fr\u00e5n Konsumentverket och en TT-artikel<\/a> som<\/a> publiceras<\/a> i m\u00e5nga<\/a> tidningar.<\/p>\n

Schablon-kompensationen ligger p\u00e5 250-600 euro, motsvarande 2 500-6 200 kronor, skriver domstolen.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att undkomma skyldigheten att kompensera ska flygbolaget kunna peka p\u00e5 ”extraordin\u00e4ra omst\u00e4ndigheter”. De omst\u00e4ndigheter som f\u00e5r \u00e5beropas ska ligga ”utanf\u00f6r flygbolagets faktiska kontroll” och vara oundvikliga med rimliga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder vidtagna.<\/p>\n

Som resen\u00e4r ska du alltid rikta dina ers\u00e4ttningskrav direkt till flygbolaget. De nya reglerna g\u00e4ller samtliga flygningar fr\u00e5n EU:s medlemsl\u00e4nder och alla flygningar till EU som g\u00f6rs av ett flygbolag som \u00e4r registrerat i ett EU-land.<\/p>\n
