Forskarna fann lera faktorer som minskar risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtinfarkt.<\/p>\n

Det f\u00f6rsta \u00e4r att \u00e4ta mycket gr\u00f6nsaker, fullkorn, fisk och b\u00f6nor. Tv\u00e5 frukter och fyra portioner gr\u00f6nsaker varje dag. Och en portion gr\u00f6nsaker r\u00e4knar forskarna med kan vara till exempel 1 dl \u00e4rter. Det andra man kan g\u00f6ra \u00e4r att dricka ett halvt glas vin om dagen. Klarar man att f\u00f6lja de h\u00e4r b\u00e5da sakerna minskar risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtinfarkt med 57 procent.<\/p>\n

Men det finns ytterligare saker att g\u00f6ra, motion till exempel. Promenad eller cykling 40 minuter om dagen, och s\u00e5 tr\u00e4na mer ordentligt en timme i veckan. Den som dessutom l\u00e5ter bli att r\u00f6ka och h\u00e5ller fettet p\u00e5 magen nere minskar risken f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtinfarkt med \u00f6ver nittio procent, enligt Vetanskapsradion.<\/p>\n

Studien omfattar bara kvinnor, men det verkar rimligt att anta att resultaten borde g\u00e4lla \u00e4ven f\u00f6r m\u00e4n. Resultaten bekr\u00e4ftar ocks\u00e5 en hel rad tidigare studier. Och receptet verkar vara gott, i dubbel bem\u00e4rkelse.<\/p>\n
