Tillsammans med unders\u00f6kningsf\u00f6retaget Cint har SAP tittat n\u00e4rmare p\u00e5 hur svenska f\u00f6retag sk\u00f6ter sin kundservice. \u00c4ven om artikeln publiceras i en facktidning f\u00f6r datateknik handlar unders\u00f6kningen om kundservice i allm\u00e4nhet.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r ingen rolig l\u00e4sning. En majoritet av svenskarna har bytt leverant\u00f6r p\u00e5 grund av l\u00e5ngsam telefonservice. Dessutom har n\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng f\u00e5tt v\u00e4nta 30 minuter eller mer p\u00e5 att komma fram.<\/p>\n

– Sverige \u00e4r ett u-land p\u00e5 kundservice. Vi ligger l\u00e5ngt efter m\u00e5nga andra l\u00e4nder, s\u00e4ger Magnus Clementson till tidningen.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringskassan f\u00e5r s\u00e4mst betyg i unders\u00f6kningen, t\u00e4tt f\u00f6ljt av bredbands- och telefonioperat\u00f6rna. Inte heller det kommer som n\u00e5gon \u00f6verraskning, enligt Magnus Clementson.<\/p>\n

– Kundservice har v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e5g status hos f\u00f6retagen. De flesta f\u00f6retagsledningar ser det bara som en kostnad och personalen som sitter utanf\u00f6r i callcentret \u00e4r inte mycket b\u00e4ttre. Om chefen s\u00e4ger att du ska hj\u00e4lpa till med kundservice sparkar de flesta bakut, s\u00e4ger Magnus Clementson.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att v\u00e4nda p\u00e5 den onda spiralen m\u00e5ste ledningen ta omr\u00e5det p\u00e5 allvar.<\/p>\n

– Fr\u00e5gan m\u00e5ste lyftas upp p\u00e5 dagordning. Och det finns teknik som inte styr hur f\u00f6retagen ska bygga upp sin organisation s\u00e4ger han till Computer Sweden.<\/p>\n
