Transportstyrelsen tog \u00f6ver ansvaret f\u00f6r k\u00f6rkortsfr\u00e5gor fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nsstyrelserna den 1 januari i \u00e5r. Men myndigheten verkar vara helt of\u00f6rberedd f\u00f6r uppgiften. Timmar i telefonk\u00f6, en icke fungerande hemsida, mejl som inte besvaras och beslut som aldrig kommer. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5gra av de problem som personer som f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker komma i kontakt med Transportstyrelsen i olika k\u00f6rkorts\u00e4renden drabbas av, ber\u00e4ttar<\/a> DN.<\/p>\n

En rad personer har anm\u00e4lt problemen till JO. Det g\u00e4ller till exempel l\u00e5ng v\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 att f\u00e5 tillbaka indragna k\u00f6rkort. Ocks\u00e5 Domstolsverket har reagerat p\u00e5 bristerna och trots att F\u00f6rvaltningsr\u00e4tterna i en rad l\u00e4n har st\u00f6tt p\u00e5 Transportstyrelsen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 in handlingar har det dragit ut p\u00e5 tiden.<\/p>\n

– Grunden till problemen \u00e4r att vi fick ta \u00f6ver s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga \u00e4renden fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nsstyrelserna. Men det blev b\u00e4ttre och b\u00e4ttre fram till sommaren tills semestrarna kom. Sedan har de \u00f6kat igen. Vi r\u00e4knar med att vara full styrka i mitten av augusti och kommer d\u00e5 att kunna korta k\u00f6erna igen, s\u00e4ger Tina L\u00f6fdahl, st\u00e4llf\u00f6retr\u00e4dande enhetschef f\u00f6r k\u00f6rkortsenheten p\u00e5 Transportstyrelsen, till DN.<\/p>\n

Allt tyder allts\u00e5 p\u00e5 att myndigheten var helt of\u00f6rberedd f\u00f6r sin uppgift, ett ansvar som faller tillbaka p\u00e5 myndighetens ledning. Den borde ta konsekvenserna f\u00f6r sina misstag, s\u00e5 h\u00e4r f\u00e5r det inte g\u00e5 till i myndighetssverige!<\/p>\n
