Trots att \u00e4ven branschen verkar ha insett att lockpriserna \u00e4r ett problem forts\u00e4tter oskicket. <\/p>\n

Hittills i \u00e5r har elva anm\u00e4lningar mot m\u00e4klare som anv\u00e4nt otillb\u00f6rliga lockpriser l\u00e4mnats in till Fastighetsm\u00e4klarn\u00e4mnden. Sex av dessa anm\u00e4lningar har pr\u00f6vats och fyra m\u00e4klare varnas f\u00f6r att ha \u00e5sidosatt god fastighetsm\u00e4klarsed. I tv\u00e5 fall avskrivs anm\u00e4lningarna, l\u00e4ser jag<\/a> i DN.<\/p>\n

Fastighetsm\u00e4klarn\u00e4mnden har i de f\u00e4llda fallen granskat ett stort antal av m\u00e4klarnas senaste f\u00f6rmedlingsuppdrag. Resultatet \u00e4r att det ofta f\u00f6rekommer markanta avvikelser mellan utg\u00e5ngspris och slutpris, skriver DN.<\/p>\n

Jag har tidigare ber\u00e4ttat<\/a> om att branschen p\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6k inf\u00f6rt ett nytt verktyg f\u00f6r att minska risken f\u00f6r lockpriser. De m\u00e4klare som anslutit sig till f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket ska, f\u00f6rutom utg\u00e5ngspris, ange ett j\u00e4mf\u00f6rpris. Detta pris tas fram av en oberoende instans och grundar sig p\u00e5 j\u00e4mf\u00f6rbara f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar. Men m\u00e5nga m\u00e4klare i Stockholmsomr\u00e5det st\u00e5r utanf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket, enligt DN.<\/p>\n

Om branschen inte kan sj\u00e4lvsanera sig \u00e5terst\u00e5r v\u00e4l bara att h\u00e4nga ut de oseri\u00f6sa m\u00e4klarna.<\/p>\n
